Rear single storey and double storey extensions
2023
Downstairs a rear extension added a modern kitchen, pantry and living space, with two skylights and new bi-fold doors opening onto the patio. Upstairs the creation of a new bedroom with an en-suite and Juliet balcony. A new office and the replacement of an old and dated bathroom really modernised this home. All new patio and block paving revamped this property from front to back.
Side and rear extension and loft conversion - Staple
This project turned an old 1910’s cottage into a modern family home. A large wrap around extension provided a large kitchen and dining area, also adding a new downstairs toilet and side entrance. The loft consists of 1 large bedroom with an en-suite.
Side Extension - Herne bay
2022
This project involved the demolition of an old extension, groundwork’s to provide a patio and new driveway, and the building of a new side extension.
Single storey rear extension and outdoor paving
December 2023
This project involved a lot of planning and teamwork with the Architect and structural engineers due an existing well being discovered during the dig. In the end a modern kitchen/dining space was created and a patio/bbq area with steps carefully thought out to match all the existing colours of an old Victorian home.
